Accommodations
Day 1 - Arusha city
After your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your Savannah Explorers safari guide is waiting for you. Transfer to Arusha, town tour or relax at the lodge for the rest of the day.
Day 2 - Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we will depart for Tarangire National Park where we will discover the wild fauna. This park is famous for its herds of elephants, the baobab trees and the African pythons that often climb on the trees. For lunch, there will be a pic-nic.
Day 3 - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will leave Tarangire National Park and we will continue our trip toward Serengeti National Park, crossing Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Reaching the gate of the Serengeti, you will have time to climb to the view point near the Naabi gate and to capture various photo opportunities. The day will continue with the photo opportunities in the park of Serengeti.
Day 4 - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will continue the visit of the park to the discover the wild fauna with pic-nic lunch or hot lunch at the tent-camp. We will come back at dinner hour.
Day 5 - Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we will leave Serengeti with photo opportunities while we travel toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where we will go down in Ngorongoro crater to observe the local fauna. The Ngorongoro crater is of one of the most evocative landscapes in the world where we can admire the dormant volcano and the nature that surrounds it. In the park, it will be possible to see the "Big Five:" elephants, buffalos, lions, leopards, and rhinos. However, you should pay attention to the 30,000 animals and a great variety of birds in that area.
Day 6 - transfer to airport and coming back to Home
After breakfast, there will be the transfer from Ngorongoro to the Arusha Airport or the Kilimanjaro International Airport with a private transport. If you want to spend some additional time with Savannah Explorers, you could purchase a Beach-Extension for Zanzibar.
